Loading...Mories Atoki (Dr.)Chief Executive OfficerI am pleased to welcome you to this edition of our news update. In recent times, we have been immersed in identifying, prioritizing, and engaging in strategic partnerships with businesses, governments, regional agencies and development institutions to chart the discourse that would facilitate improvements in the healthcare space across Africa.
In this edition of our news update, we will share details of our actions in the year, including the recent formalization of our partnership with the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, the Africa Investment (Health) Masterclass – AIM and others.
It has been indeed, interesting times for us: we redesigned and launched our new website in April www.abchealth.com and was acknowledged as driver of ‘Partnerships in Health’ at the 2022 Zenith Africa Healthcare Awards and Summit in Lusaka, Zambia.

Without doubt, there’ll be more engaging times ahead as we continue to forge partnerships, build memberships, engage, get involved and be the private sector bridge leading to impactful health interventions for Africa. Businesses which seem to have adapted the most are those with the lightest physical footprints but who still faced challenges from their connection to physical infrastructure. For example, increased demand from household shoppers was impacted by the logistical challenges of reaching them through curfews and transport shutdowns.
